What's Happening
Our Events
From volunteer work to community outings and fundraisers, we always have something fun happening.
- Homemade Thanksgiving Sides Sale – Orders are now CLOSED. We can use help to prep/cook/package orders on November 20th & 21st beginning at 8:00 AM. PICK UP: Saturday, Nov. 22nd from 9 AM to 12 PM. Church members may also pick up their orders after worship on Sunday, Nov. 23rd.
- The joint Thanksgiving Eve Service on Wednesday, November 26th has been cancelled.
- UPDATE: Community Tree Lighting - Sunday, December 7th at 4:30 PM at the Fogelsville Playground. Please join us.
- Pines Dinner Theater – We have seats reserved for Friday, December 12th to see “Christmas at the Pines” (reservations and $ due December 1st). Dinner begins at 6 PM, the show is at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $70 each - includes dinner, show and gratuity. Please note the new location: Shops at Cedar Point, 315 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown. Contact Neola Geschel with any questions or to make reservations.
- LMD Christmas Ingathering – We are participating in the Lehigh Mission District Christmas Ingathering. All items must be here by November 23rd. If you have a question, see Carla Malantonio.
- Monday Evening Bible Study – has concluded for the year. Keep watching for info on when meetings may resume. Special thanks to Sara Kleba for leading the group.
- Christmas Party – Our annual Christmas Party will be held on Monday, December 8th at 6:30 PM – everyone is invited! Get into the holiday spirit by sharing a covered dish dinner, singing carols and enjoying a special visit from St. Nick. Parents are responsible for gifts for their children, marked with the children’s names. We are also inviting everyone to bring a non-perishable item for the Food Bank. Sign-up in the narthex and join us for the fun.
- Christmas Program –Sunday, December 14 at 10:30 AM we will present “A Shepherd’s Story” by Pam Andrews. Join us for this special Christmas musical performance with songs and narration that tells the story of Jesus' birth, expressing the joy and wonder of Christmas.
- Christmas Eve Worship – Wednesday, December 24th at 7:00 PM. This year we will only be holding one service, which will include the candle lighting and several special musical selections.
- Community Free Dinners – Dinners will continue on the 3rd Friday, every other month (except November- 2nd Friday). The 2026 schedule is set and the next dinner will be held Friday, January 16, sponsored by the Furman family. Dinner served from 5 PM-? While supplies last! Anyone interested in volunteering please call the church or contact Bob Neumoyer.
